Greetings to Seventh Congress of Angolan People's Liberation Movement From the Worker's Party of Korea
Pyongyang, August 17 (KCNA) -- The Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK) Wednesday sent a congratulatory message to the Seventh Congress of the Popular Liberation Movement of Angola.
 
The message said that over four decades since the Popular Liberation Movement of Angola achieved the independence of the country through protracted armed struggle, it has led the Angolan government and people to make great successes in the work for the national reconciliation and unity, the country's stability and socio-economic development.
 
It expressed belief that the Seventh Congress of the Popular Liberation Movement of Angola will be an important occasion in defending the gains achieved by the Angolan people at the cost of blood, consolidating the successes made in the struggle for the country's independent development and prosperity and further strengthening the movement under the leadership of President Jose Eduardo Dos Santos.
 
Believing that the traditional relations of friendship and cooperation between the WPK and the Popular Liberation Movement of Angola would grow stronger in the interests of the peoples of the two countries, it sincerely wished the Seventh Congress of the movement big successes in its work.
